About

I've always had an eye and interest for visual arts whether it was drawing, video editing, or any other graphic elements. What really had cemented my passion for graphic design was my love for skateboarding and the culture around it. Also, clothing was another big factor that got me into creating graphics as I felt it was very unique to visually express yourself through the garments you are wearing. With so many ideas I carried from my childhood to secondary school, I decided it was time to take action and that it was actually a possible career option.

Having graduated high school early, I had time to get familiar with graphic design. This pushed me further into wanting to expand my knowledge and skills at Vancouver Community College for a Graphic Design Diploma. In between the years, I worked freelance working with multiple clients on logos, web design, product design, and various other projects. I also had the opportunity to work at a small skateboard shop as a sales associate and graphic designer. Having created their new logo and products taught me how to work in a smooth process from design to print. Knowing that this would be my career of choice, I returned back to post secondary to attain further knowledge and my Diploma.
